We are seeking a Leasing Consultant/ Property Officer to join a tight knit team. You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for assisting with leasing properties, managing tenant inquiries, and ensuring a smooth rental process. Key Responsibilities
Tenant Enquiries:
Manage tenant enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospective tenant database.
Open Homes & Inspections:
Schedule and conduct property inspections, providing excellent customer service and tenant feedback.
Application Processing:
Process tenancy applications efficiently and liaise with property managers to facilitate leasing decisions.
Marketing & Promotion:
Assist with property marketing, including online listings, social media updates, and signage coordination.




Administration:
Prepare leasing documents, update databases, and ensure all leasing processes align with company procedures.
Customer Service:
Provide high-quality support to landlords and tenants, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed professionally and promptly.
What We Are Looking For
A current
Certificate of Registration
or Real Estate Licence.
A valid
driver's licence
and reliable vehicle.
Strong knowledge of
property legislation
and leasing procedures.
Excellent
communication and customer service
skills.
Highly
organised
with strong
attention to detail
.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
A positive attitude, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.
