Orange Health Service is seeking a Registered Nurse – Ambulatory Care / Community Nursing. The role delivers direct nursing care to patients in the community and ambulatory settings and involves leading, directing and supervising other nurses and carers to ensure quality care.
You will work with the Hospital in the Home, Chronic Care, and wound care teams to support patient-centred outcomes. This temporary part time position (up to 19 hours per week) may consider job sharing.
