WHAT YOU BRING
Relevant Experience:
Retail, sales, or trade experience is a big plus (though not essential!), along with basic computer literacy for point-of-sale (POS) systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Local Connection:
Fluency in
Mandarin or Cantonese
is highly desirable to help us connect with and better serve our diverse local customer base.
Relationship Building:
Strong communication skills to foster genuine, long-term bonds with tradespeople and everyday DIYers.
Drive & Work Ethic:
A positive mindset, professional presentation, and a hunger to smash sales targets.
Drive Sales:
Assist customers in-store and over the phone, offering expert advice and actively promoting deals and upsells.
Process Transactions:
Accurately handle sales using our POS system (full training provided).
Maintain Store Presentation:
Take pride in your workspace by keeping the showroom clean, organized,



and perfectly merchandised.
Learn & Grow:
Participate in ongoing training to continuously expand your product knowledge.
Enjoy a Reliable Roster:
Work a reliable 5/6 day fortnightly roster, including one weekend day per week.
