A rapidly scaling Layer-1 protocol at the frontier of data, AI, and decentralized infrastructure is looking for a world-class Head of Finance to lead treasury, token strategy, and financial operations across a global ecosystem.

Following a successful mainnet launch and hyper-growth across its contributor network, the organisation is now ready to bring in a senior finance leader who can bring rigor, structure, and strategic depth to a fast-moving Web3 environment.

The Role

/n

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of traditional finance, crypto markets, and token economics, partnering directly with the founders to shape capital strategy across fiat, stablecoins, and on-chain assets.

/n

You will lead:

/n

/n

- Manage allocation across token assets, stablecoins, and fiat reserves

/n

- Design hedging, liquidity, and yield strategies

/n

- Implement mechanisms that support long‐term network stability

/n/n

Token & Liquidity Management

/n

/n

- Oversee liquidity across global exchanges

/n

- Work closely with market makers, trading desks, and funds

/n

- Optimise token flows and digital asset management across the organisation

/n

- Lead accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow discipline

/n

- Maintain audit readiness and compliance across global entities

/n

- Deliver explicit, actionable financial reporting to leadership

/n





- Support capital strategy and investor engagement

/n

- Manage relationships with major token holders, exchanges, and partners

/n

- Negotiate liquidity, treasury, and investment structures

/n/n

Ideal Background

/n

/n

- Finance, investment banking, corporate finance, VC, or similar

/n

- Exposure to Web3, crypto markets, DeFi, or token ecosystems (or strong willingness to learn)

/n

- Experience managing treasury, liquidity, and investor relationships

/n

- Strong understanding of financial instruments and market mechanics

/n

- High integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to operate in a high‐trust, fast‐moving environment

/n

- Systems thinker who can bring structure to complexity
