GP & Lead GP Urgent Care GP Opportunity – Townsville (Thuringowa Medical Centre)

What's on Offer

- $250–$275 per hour

- Flexible shifts – full-time, part-time or casual

- Set roster or ad hoc work – no lock-in contracts

- DPA & MM2 location (moratorium suitable)

/n

- No overnight/on-call shifts

- Option to work in co-located private practice

/n

- Free onsite parking

Structured & Supported Environment

- See triaged Category 4 & 5 patients only

The Role

/n

/n

- Manage urgent, non-life-threatening presentations

/n

- Acute illness, minor injuries & procedures

/n

- Deliver high-quality episodic care in a team-oriented team

/n/n

About You

/n

/n

- FRACGP / FACRRM (or equivalent)

/n

- Unrestricted AHPRA registration

/n

- ALS certification (preferred)

/n

- Experience in Urgent Care, ED or Rural settings highly regarded

/n

- Confident, patient-focused, and clinically autonomous

/n/n
