Gun Partner – Broad Mix of Tax work

Responsibilities
/n

- Provide complex tax advice
/n
- Assist on structuring and trusts
/n
- Handle state and federal tax matters
/n
- Deal with OS investments, litigation, wine and property tax
/n/n
Qualifications
/n
/n
- Associate or Senior Associate with 3–7 years of experience
/n
- Strong tax advisory background; lawyers from Big 4 accounting firms with solid tax advisory experience may also be considered
