The work
A true mix of high‑quality, specialist matters, including:
- Estate planning (including testamentary trusts, complex family structures,
business owners and high‑net‑worth clients)
- Estate administration - Probate, Letters of Administration and full end‑to‑end
administration
- Contested estates and family provision matters
- Superannuation death benefit disputes and AFCA complaints
- VCAT guardianship and administration matters

You’ll work closely with private clients, executors, beneficiaries and a strong network of professional referrers (accountants, financial planners, private banks, trustee companies).

The Role
No two days look the same; expect a blend of:
- Client meetings
- Drafting Wills, POAs, testamentary trusts, BDBNs and deeds
- Running estate administrations end‑to‑end
- Acting in contested matters (pleadings, mediations, appearances with
counsel)
- Collaborating with accountants, financial planners and family advisers




- Working flexibly across their CBD and Bayside offices

The team
A close‑knit, specialist group of five, headed by the Managing Principal (Accredited Specialist, former top tier) and supported by junior lawyers, two Senior Paralegals and a Law Clerk. This is a supportive, team-oriented, low‑ego and genuinely lovely to work with team.
