We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Generalist with recruitment & HR systems experience preferably FoundU & Employment Hero (other HRIS also considered),to join our People & Culture team who supports management and workforces across diverse portfolios. Your role will involve the full employee life, HRIS systems maintenance and data integrity.

Experience with FoundU and Employment Hero is highly desirable as is candidate who are available immediately or with a short notice period.

This is a unique opportunity for a people-focused HR qualified who enjoys balancing operational HR support with a calendar of annual P&C; initiatives & projects.

Key Responsibilities

People & Culture

- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, probation and offboarding processes.

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards and organisational policies.

- Ensure data integrity and governance across workforce records.

- Provide accurate data to payroll and finance teams.

- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of P&C; processes and workflows.

- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders as required.

- Provide trusted HR advice and support to managers and employees.

- Provide a high level of customer service to stakeholders

- Collaborate effectively within the P&C; team, Payroll and management cohort.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:





- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Human Resources Generalist across the full employee lifecycle.

- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awards.

- Administration & support of HRIS systems & reporting.

- Ability to use initiative and willingness to collaborate with the P&C; team

- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.

- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment.
