About the role ServiceNow is hiring a technical pre-sales expert to lead security operations engagements across the APJ region.

What you'll do

- Architect and configure security solutions to address specific customer business requirements.
- Create and maintain a library of demonstrations and technical assets for the broader pre-sales team.
- Integrate Armis data into ServiceNow workflows to automate device visibility, incident creation, and CMDB updates.
- Use Veza access graphs to show customers how to identify and remediate identity risks and toxic access combinations.
- Provide technical guidance to customers to improve their real-world security operations strategies.
- Partner with product management and engineering to refine platform capabilities based on market feedback.
- Support marketing activities including webinars, trade shows, and user conferences.
- Conduct competitive analysis to maintain a deep understanding of market differentiators.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a pre‑sales role.
- Background in a SOC, NOC, or CSIRC environment.
- Expertise in networking and security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence.
- Knowledge of intrusion methods including malware, phishing, DDoS, brute force, APT, and buffer overflows.




- Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST 800-61, ISO27035, and SANS.
- Experience with threat intelligence standards like STIX/TAXII and OpenIOC.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

- Experience with Armis or similar OT/IoT/IT asset visibility platforms.
- Experience with Veza or identity governance platforms like Okta, Azure AD, or AWS IAM.
- Understanding of how identity risk and unmanaged assets create exploitable attack paths.
- Experience selling security solutions in regulated APJ sectors such as healthcare, finance, or critical infrastructure.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, GICSP, or CIAM.
- Previous experience working in information security for a large global or national enterprise.
