As a Store Manager youare responsible forachieving theSales and Profitgoals in your Store by creating a plan to deliver aGreat Customer Experiencein line with the Area. You ensure you have aGreat Teamand support its development.Youwork with succession planning, talent and leadership development and structured performance management, based on results,valuesand leadership. You workin accordance withlegal requirements and H&M; standards,policies,and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

- Regularly analyse and follow up your Store’s Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximise results.
- Together with your Store team, you drive Hello Member program in line with country goals.
- Ensure your Store’s execution continuously meets H&M; standards and follow up using the Customer Audit Tool.
- Manage the recruitment, training,development,and succession planning for your Store.
- You evaluate and manage the performance of your Store Team, including having performance development reviews, putting development plans in place, givingfeedback,and following up andtakingactions to improveperformance and develop yourteam.
- SecureStore Operations Best Practicesin yourStore, according to the Area plan
