Kaisercraft is looking for a professional, hands‑on Retail Manager to lead and develop our team in Forest Hill!

Please note this role will be offered on a casual basis , and the store will operate as a temporary site .

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will play an integral part in the smooth and efficient running of the store. You will guide your team to assist in ensuring the store is performing to the highest standard through customer service and presenting the store in such a way that it showcases our beautiful product range. Outside of assisting with general day‑to‑day operations, your other duties and responsibilities may include;

Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on monthly team budgets

Employee monthly rosters

Recruit, select and train like‑minded team members

Managing and developing a small team

Demonstratingstrong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice





Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage and stock take

Ensure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising

Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives

About You:

You are looking for 20-25 hours per week, possibility of school hours

Experience with managing a team

The ability to lead by example, as well as coaching and training your team to deliver a high performing retail store

The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs

A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products and drive your team to meet monthly targets

Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills

Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative

Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
