Australia Post is seeking a Retail Customer Service Officer to support customers and local businesses at our post offices. You will participate in 12 weeks of paid on-the-job training, working Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, with casual on-call shifts after training.

You will handle sales, cash, and various payment types, promote services, and assist with mail lodgements. A supportive team and ongoing training accompany your role as you serve the community.
