Business Development Manager – Security Services

Due to continued national growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our leadership team.

About the Role

This is not an entry-level sales role.

We are looking for someone with an established network within the Australian security industry who can generate new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships and contribute to our continued expansion across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new security contracts across Australia.

Develop relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, retailers and procurement teams.

Prepare proposals, tenders and presentations.

Attend networking events and industry meetings.

Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth.





Minimum 2 years' Business Development or Sales experience within the Australian security industry.

Existing network of decision-makers and industry contacts.

Demonstrated success in winning security contracts.

Strong understanding of guarding, mobile patrols, concierge, retail loss prevention and corporate security services.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Full Australian working rights.
