IAG is seeking an Operational Risk & Quality, Specialist to strengthen risk and quality practices across the Intermediated Insurance business. The permanent full time role is based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Sydney).

You will partner with leaders to identify risks, review processes, and drive improvements in a broker-intermediated environment. Responsibilities include risk reviews, automated monitoring, governance support, and continuous uplift of controls, with a focus on customer
