About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at our Abbotsford Office.

What you'll be doing

- Identify, meet and engage current channel partners
- Expand existing relationships and increase their transaction volume
- Adhere to reporting structure and meet KPIs
- Manage sales transactions for your networks including contracts, deposits, settlement

What we're looking for





- Demonstrable experience in business development, real estate, wholesale channel operations
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or real estate is required
- Strong network and established relationships with channel partners
- Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills
- Experience in the H&L; space in Victoria
- Ability to work independently and proactively to identify opportunities and drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application
- Australian Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
