5GN Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow the AUCyber customer portfolio, reporting to the Head of Sales. The role focuses on building robust relationships, driving account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring successful customer outcomes from onboarding through renewal.

You will lead customer meetings, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product and Delivery teams to deliver results, while monitoring health and pipeline
