What you'll do

- Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and Partner Managers to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Create and execute outbound and inbound programs to convert high-potential brands into Pinterest advertisers.
- Build and refine processes to improve productivity, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates.
- Develop ANZ-specific market strategies to increase product adoption and revenue.
- Report performance, risks, and insights to global stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations.
- Oversee vendor partner relationships to ensure consistent execution and goal alignment.

Requirements





- Proven experience leading high-performing sales or business development teams in digital advertising or SaaS.
- Expertise in designing and implementing pipeline generation programs.
- Strong ability to translate business goals into operational frameworks and scalable processes.
- Deep understanding of the ANZ digital advertising market and existing professional networks.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work from the Sydney office 2 days per week.
