Every day, while most of Melbourne is still hitting snooze, we're already on the road, delivering fresh, nutritious meals to childcare centres across the city. We've been doing this since 2002, and we've grown into the national leader in our field for one simple reason: our drivers don't just deliver food, they deliver trust. Centre directors, educators, and hundreds of little humans are counting on us to show up, every single day.

Now we need another good one to join our Melbourne crew.

The Gig

Forget the image of a delivery driver who just drops a box and drives off. This role is part wheels, part relationship-building, part small-business-owner energy. You'll run your own patch of Melbourne, know your customers by name, and be the reason a childcare centre trusts us with feeding their kids. You'll work closely with our Sydney-based Sales, Ops, and Quality teams — but out here, you're the face of Kids Gourmet Food.

On a Given Day, You Might:

- Navigate a multi-drop refrigerated route out of Moorabbin, hitting your windows like clockwork
- Sort a hiccup on the spot: a locked gate, a missing order, a customer who just needs a friendly face
- Onboard a new centre and walk them through how it all works




- Jump on the phone to sort out a query before it becomes a problem
- Support the sales team with Melbourne trade shows
- Assist with initiatives that build brand awareness, including customer training and marketing materials
- Log the details that keep our CRM (and our customer relationships) sharp
- Flag anything Melbourne-specific back to Head Office in Sydney

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

- Hold a current, clean Victorian C-class licence (non-negotiable)
- Have a Working With Children Check — or are happy to get one
- Know Melbourne's streets like the back of your hand
- Have done multi-drop delivery before and know the rhythm of it
- Genuinely like people — and it shows, whether you're on the phone or on someone's doorstep
- Can juggle a dozen small tasks without dropping any of them
- Take pride in doing things properly, not just quickly
- Can lift 20kg and stay switched on to safety
