Full-Time Chef – Roji Cat Beer Bar (Miami, Gold Coast)

Roji Cat Beer Bar is a Japanese-inspired craft brewery and restaurant located in Miami on the Gold Coast. We focus on quality food, great beer, and a relaxed, high-energy environment.

We are looking for a full-time chef to join our team.

About the Role:

You’ll be working in a fast-paced kitchen preparing Japanese-inspired dishes to a high standard. This role suits someone who is confident on the tools, organised, and takes pride in their prep and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Food preparation and service across all sections
- Strong knife skills and efficient prep work
- Maintaining consistency and quality of dishes
- Working cleanly and efficiently during service
- Stock control and minimising waste
- Following food safety and hygiene standards




- Supporting the team and contributing to a positive kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
- Solid knife skills and prep experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Passion for food (Japanese experience a bonus, but not essential)
