About the role We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our team at XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging graphics for a variety of communication needs. You will work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality design outputs.

What you'll do

- Design visually appealing graphics for internal and external communications, including presentations, documentation, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Work with print vendors to prepare and finalize artwork that adheres to production standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive branding and visual identity across all materials.
- Assist in the layout and design of both print and digital assets.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.




- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Nice to have

- Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
- Familiarity with web design principles and tools.
