Who We're Seeking?

We're seeking a strong communicator, approachable and organized Human Resources professional to join the amazing Ayers Rock Resort team. You will be collaborating with our key business leaders, internal and external stakeholders to promote change and fairness across our resort.

If you thrive on building strong relationships, developing innovative solutions and providing quality strategic HR advice you will find this role highly rewarding. This is a true generalist role and with a hands‑on approach you will have the opportunity to guide, lead & manage the broad range of HR activities and projects. No two days are alike when working in hospitality and each day presents new opportunities to learn and grow and develop your career!

Skills

- HR Manager - solo in small to medium business
- HR Advisor - in a team looking to expand experience
- Solid background as a generalist
- Must be familiar with Australian Employment obligations / Understanding of EBA interpretations
- Undertakes workplace investigations




- Comfortable delivering small group training sessions in HR related areas
- Will not be required to undertake traditional recruitment - only on ad hoc basis if at all - Needs to understand career development and career pathing
- Understand career development and cross skilling
- Hospitality / Maintenance Trades / Retail experience preferred
