About the role

We're seeking an SAP S/4HANA Finance Business Analyst to partner with Finance Process Leads and the System Integrator throughout a large-scale SAP transformation. This is a business-facing role focused on process improvement, stakeholder engagement and governance, rather than hands-on SAP configuration.

Duties

- Coordinate Finance SMEs throughout the SAP Activate lifecycle, ensuring workshops, decisions and deliverables stay on track.
- Review business process designs, functional documentation, test scripts and other deliverables, identifying gaps and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Manage requirements, actions, risks and decision logs, maintaining end-to-end traceability across the project lifecycle.
- Support data migration, UAT, business readiness, cutover planning and Hypercare activities.




- Promote fit-to-standard SAP S/4HANA processes and support a clean-core implementation approach.

Skills & experience

- Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Finance SME or Process Lead within Finance transformation or ERP programs.
- Strong knowledge of Finance processes including Financial Accounting, AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, FP&A; or Group Reporting.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or other enterprise ERP implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate SMEs and drive decisions to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing business process documentation, testing and functional deliverables.
- Be part of a landmark SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
- Hybrid working arrangement based in Melbourne.
- 20 month daily rate contract
