Green Life Clinics is seeking a hands‑on Clinic Operations Manager for a high‑performing Victoria site in Werribee. You will lead clinic, dispensary and patient‑experience functions, driving profitability and compliance in a busy healthcare workplace.

You will own day‑to‑day operations, coach teams, optimise processes and deliver commercial outcomes. A strong background in healthcare operations and system experience (3CX/Halaxy) is essential.
