Job Description

This is much more than a standard retail position.

You'll be one of the first people customers interact with, helping create a welcoming and supportive experience while assisting with supplement recommendations, retail sales and front desk operations.

You will:

- Welcome and assist customers in store
- Provide basic natural health and supplement guidance within training provided
- Help customers navigate practitioner-only supplements and wellness products
- Support sales, promotions and customer engagement
- Manage bookings, phone calls and front desk enquiries
- Assist with stock management, merchandising and store presentation
- Support practitioners and the wider clinic team
- Help create a calm, organised and positive workplace for customers

About the Candidate

We're looking for a friendly, confident and proactive Front of House / Sales Associate to join our team in a permanent part time role., This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves health and wellness, enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment., We're looking for someone who:

- Has excellent people and communication skills
- Is passionate about health, wellness and natural medicine




- Is confident speaking with customers and making recommendations
- Learns quickly and takes initiative
- Works well independently and within a team
- Is reliable, organised and professional
- Is comfortable in a busy retail environment
- Has basic computer skills and attention to detail

Bonus points if you have:

- Retail sales experience
- Pharmacy, health food store or clinic experience
- Knowledge of supplements or natural health
- Experience with customer service systems or POS software
- Social media/content experience

Work Environment

This is a permanent part-time role and will include:

- Regular weekday shifts
- Every second weekend availability required
