Patties Food Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer - Day Shift at our Brisbane site in Wacol. You will ensure products meet food safety, quality and regulatory standards across production, supporting audits and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Site Food Safety & Quality Manager, you’ll perform in-process checks, maintain QA documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a solid quality culture and site Food Safety Culture Plan.
