We are looking for a payroll professional with implementation or systems experience to join our Lyric HCM Implementation Team. ADP Lyric HCM is an AI-powered, award-winning platform that brings together payroll, HR, and people experience in one unified ecosystem.

Reporting to the Implementation Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):-

- Consulting with clients to define their requirements.
- Managing full implementation lifecycle.
- Anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct post implementation reviews and share learnings for continuous improvement.

This permanent full-time role is based in our new state-of-a rt Head Office located in Cremorne (only 400m walk from Richmond Train Station). We offer hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).

To be considered for this rewarding chance, you will have:

- Strong Australian and/or New Zealand payroll knowledge and experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service / client facing consulting experience.
- Demonstrated experience within an implementation environment.
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
