About the role

We're seeking a Warehouse & Dispatch Manager to run our Caboolture, QLD warehouse full-time, managing incoming goods and dispatch for our Queensland resellers. You'll be solely responsible for all incoming and outgoing goods, stock control, and facility management, performing all physical warehouse tasks on-site on your own . You'll report to the National Operations Manager, and be closely supported by our NSW head office in Armidale. The QLD branch also houses our QLD sales team. This warehouse is one of several in our national network — a modern site with high-quality facilities, CCTV monitored from head office.

Key responsibilities

- Receive, unpack, and QC-check container goods from the port
- Manage dispatch to Queensland resellers and transship goods to other warehouses as needed
- Maintain inventory records and stock levels
- Liaise with National Sales/Operations Managers, logistics providers, and resellers




- Ensure warehouse health and safety compliance
- Resolve dispatch and quality issues promptly

What we’re looking for

- IT competency, including Net Stock and Excel, and MYOB (Smart Freight experience a plus)
- A varied skill set and a track record in high-responsibility, autonomous roles with an owner's mindset
- A collaborative team player who works well with head office, national department managers and QLD sales staff
- Physically fit and able, comfortable with extensive manual lifting and handling of rural fencing hardware products weighing up to 30kg
- Comfortable performing all on-site physical tasks unassisted
- Solely responsible for competent operation and maintenance of all on site equipment , forklifts, order pickers Pallet wrappers, ect.
- Comfortable in a high accountability environment running on KPIs, with all key metrics tracked and visible on national livestream dashboards.
