About Fifth Studio:

As our social media department continues to expand, we're looking for a creative Content Creator & Social Media Specialist who genuinely loves bringing brands to life online.

This isn't a role where you'll simply schedule posts.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire content creation process, from planning and leading content shoots, directing clients and capturing high-quality content, through to editing videos, designing graphics and creating content that gets results.

What you'll be doing:

Working alongside our Operations Manager and Senior Designer, you'll take ownership of bringing our content strategies to life across a range of premium client accounts.

Your role will include

- Creating engaging social media graphics and carousel posts
- Designing content in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Editing Reels and short-form video using CapCut (or similar)
- Writing captions and calls-to-action
- Researching trends, audio and content ideas
- Assisting with content planning and content calendars
- Repurposing content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Creating SEO-friendly blog content and uploading blogs into WordPress
- Using AI tools to improve workflows while maintaining premium creative standards
- Planning, coordinating and running client content creation days from start to finish,



including shot lists, creative direction, filming, directing talent and ensuring all required content is captured.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about creating content that makes an impact, not someone who's just looking for another social media job.

- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- CapCut (or similar video editing software)
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Experience creating content for brands
- Experience creating and repurposing content across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- Strong graphic design skills and a great eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong photography and videography skills using an iPhone and/or professional camera
- Experience planning,



coordinating and leading client content creation days
- Ability to create shot lists, direct clients on camera and capture high-quality photo and video content
- Confidence communicating professionally with clients, building strong relationships and representing Fifth Studio
- Confidence using AI tools to improve creative workflows, generate ideas, streamline content production and increase efficiency without compromising quality
- High attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with the confidence to take ownership and solve problems independently

Highly Regarded

- Experience uploading, formatting and publishing blog content in WordPress
- Experience optimising content using Rank Math SEO or similar SEO plugins
- Experience creating engaging LinkedIn content for businesses and professional brands
- Understanding of TikTok and Pinterest best practices, including trends, platform-specific content and audience engagement
- Experience using Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
- Experience working within a creative agency or managing multiple client accounts
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field
