Seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our branch in Maddington

Due to the award of a new contract and rapid growth within our business, an exciting prospect has arisen to join our branch in Maddington and play an integral role in the Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Fleet Supervisor to join our team on a rotating 3/4 days, 3/4 nights, 3/4 off, roster.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has worked in a similar role for 3-5 years and wants to further develop their career with a business that will only grow from strength to strength in the future.

You must have a sound understanding of the laws and regulations relating to the operation of heavy vehicles, transportation, driver fatigue and accredited mass management.

What skills are needed for the role?

- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships throughout all levels of the business,



especially with employees from all different backgrounds and demographics
- Strong leadership skills that result in achievement of goals and KPIs
- An understanding of cost imperatives relating to the effective scheduling of the fleet
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Intermediate levels of computer literacy especially MS Excel, Outlook and Word
- Knowledge and understanding of WHS and Main Roads Legislative Frameworks
