An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Representative to join a well-established FMCG business servicing the Asian grocery market across Victoria. This role offers plenty of autonomy, a loyal customer base and the opportunity to make a real impact through both account management and current business development.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities across supermarkets, independent grocery stores, fruit markets and other retail outlets.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, building long-term relationships and achieving sales targets.

The role:

- Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts
- Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Conduct regular client visits, product demonstrations and order taking




- Analyse customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

The successful candidate will bring:

- Ideally minimum 2 years' sales experience, this could be in field sales, customer service sales, or someone who has the desire to grow a career in sales.
- Passion for people, and the ability to drive conversations
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Robust organisational and time management abilities
- Resilience
- The ability to work autonomously and work towards targets
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills (essential)

The finer details:

- Permanent full-time position
- $70,000 + super + company car + commissions
- 2-3 days onsite at the Dandenong Location, other times out on the road visiting clients
