HammondCare Footscray is seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to join the Home Care Clinical Care & Practice Team. You will assess functional needs, set care goals and provide treatment to older adults living at home, with travel to clients' homes across the North and West Metro region.

You’ll work with an experienced multidisciplinary group to deliver person-centred care in clients' homes or group activities, with flexible hours (3 days per week) and support for career development.
