Location: Brisbane (North), QLD (Commutable from: Chermside, Aspley, Nundah, Stafford, Everton Park, North Lakes, Redcliffe)

Salary: $52 - $57 / hour + Overtime + On‑Call Allowance + Fully Maintained Vehicle + Fuel Card + Tools + Training + Progression + Superannuation + Other Great Benefits!

Are you an HVAC Service Technician looking to join an established commercial mechanical services company offering varied commercial work, a local northside patch and a fully maintained vehicle?

This is an excellent opportunity to service and maintain commercial air conditioning and mechanical plant across a local patch north of the river, keeping your travel down and your days productive, for a specialist that has been designing, installing and servicing HVAC for over twenty years.

In this role you will service,



maintain and fault‑find commercial air conditioning and mechanical plant across a local patch on Brisbane's northside, working alongside an experienced service team on contemporary equipment.

The role:

- Service, maintenance and breakdown of commercial HVAC and mechanical plant
- Local patch across Brisbane's northside, minimal cross‑city travel
- Fault‑finding and repairs across chillers, split systems, VRF/VRV and ducted units
- Preventative maintenance and compliance documentation

The person:

- Commercial HVAC service and maintenance background
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Based north of the river with a full Australian driver's licence
