What you’ll do

As a Sessional Trainer in our team, you’ll engage with a diverse cohort and deliver industry specific, job ready programs such as:

- Construction & Building – construction sector essentials and workplace safety.
- Horticulture – practical skills for entry‑level horticulture roles.
- Renewable Energy – solar and tech readiness.

What you’ll bring

- Current White Card.
- Recent building and construction industry experience within the last two years.
- Demonstrated practical skills and current knowledge of construction work health and safety practices.
- A collaborative approach with great people skills, organization and initiative.
- A positive, can‑do attitude with an ability to engage diverse clients with various backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Good tech skills and an ability to manage course materials, reporting and assessments independently. Familiarity with Canva would be great.

Additional Requirements for our Trainers

- Training is delivered at various locations across the state requiring some travel. You’ll need your own car to transport equipment.




- Trainers must be able to lift up to 20kgs as part of transporting and setting up equipment.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
