Altius is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation for individuals after injury, illness or disability. You will guide clients to regain independence, improve quality of life and reintegrate into work and community.
You will develop rehab plans, perform diverse assessments, and coordinate with stakeholders to support optimal outcomes in a supportive team setting.
