Darling Downs Radiology (DDR) is looking for a motivated permanent Medical Receptionist to join our supportive and high‑performing team in Toowoomba.

About The Role

You’ll be the face of our clinic – welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling billing, and helping keep our day running smoothly. This is a permanent role covering shifts from Monday–Friday, with full training provided to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and register patients, ensuring smooth check‑ins
- Answer phones, respond to enquiries, and book appointments
- Confirm patient preparation for imaging procedures
- Quote fees and explain Medicare rebates
- Process private, Medicare, DVA, and third‑party claims
- Help maximise clinic efficiencies and provide exceptional patient care

- Experience in a customer service or administration role
- Good time management, communication, and computer skills
- A patient‑first attitude and positive, team‑oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑focused environment
- Willingness to learn medical imaging systems (training provided)
