Infin8 Solutions are seeking motivated, enthusiastic cleaners to join our industrial and construction cleaning teams on a casual basis. Infin8 Solutions service sites around the Newcastle area, specialising in all areas of cleaning, including commercial, construction, industrial, domestic and biohazard.

We are an expanding company who pride ourselves on the high level of service we provide. The role is for 20-35+hrs/week with the opportunity to increase these hours as our business continues to grow with the high demand for all facets of cleaning in the local area.

The Role

Currently we have an opening in our Industrial, Construction and Commercial departments. Tasks include but not limited to Pressure Washing, Floor/Carpark Sweeping/Scrubbing, amenities, site facility cleaning , window washing and final construction cleaning, domestic, office and strata cleaning.

20-35+ hours per week, with an immediate start available.

Flexibility around hours and scheduling, including days and nights.

$33.85/hour + super base rate plus allowances depending on type of work and times of shifts etc.

Full training provided

All equipment and chemicals supplied

Potential to take on more hours into the future around the Newcastle and Hunter area as we continue to expand.

Pressure washing, floor scrubbing, facade cleaning and general cleans.

Previous experience operating ride on floor scrubbers and/or pressure washing is an advantage but not a requirement.

Ongoing amenities and site facilities cleaning.

Final Clean Handover Packages.

Primarily Day Shifts

Commercial Cleaning Team

Dometic, Office and Strata Cleaning in the Newcastle area.

Primarily day shifts.

Responsibilities

General cleaning at our various sites around Newcastle.

Floor scrubbing, pressure washing in our industrial team.

Builders and Final Cleans in our Construction team.

Potential for increasing hours at a range of different sites around Newcastle and the Hunter, including construction sites, office spaces and apartment complexes.

Operating equipment and machinery where required (all training provided).

Abiding by all WHS policies and procedures

Punctuality and reliability greatly valued.

About You

Prior experience in pressure washing and industrial cleaning a bonus, but not essential.

Great personality with a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn recent skills.

An all rounder who is adaptable and willing to take on a variety of different cleaning tasks within the company.

High level of cleaning standards and meticulous attention to detail.

High level of personal presentation.

Reliable and punctual.

Must have driver's license and reliable transport.

White Card (preferred but not essential)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to safety.
