We are looking for a new team member to join our busy little café in Balmain.

We are known for our homemade cakes and exceptional coffee, therefore we’re looking for someone with at least one year previous experience working in a fast paced coffee shop as a Barista.

The ideal candidate thrives in a small team as there is two people on shift.

As the Barista / All-rounder, your main role will be to assist the Owner with tasks such as opening and closing the shop, maintaining smooth service and food preparation.

We offer a outstanding work/life balance providing the candidate 4 days per week fixed shifts with the cafe closing at 12:30pm daily.

The successful candidate will be willing to work a mix of shifts across weekdays and weekends between 5am and 12:30pm, 4 days a week with an average of 30 hours per week.

What we are looking for from you:

- Eager to learn all aspects of the business (food prep/ baking)
- Someone to join us long term who will grow with us
- Has worked in a busy café environment and looking for that next step of responsibility




- Have initiative and good at building relationships with customers
- Available early mornings
- Confidence to handle multiple tasks
- Minimum one (1) years experience working as a Barista
