Dotti is seeking a motivated Assistant Retail Store Manager for our Bankstown store. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales and deliver an engaging customer experience in-store.
Responsibilities include coaching the team, managing stock, visual merchandising, and roster planning. Weekend availability and late-evening shifts are required. Training is provided to develop leadership skills and product knowledge.
