As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Asset Manager to join our thriving Property Management team.

About the Role

This full-time, Monday to Friday position (that's right—no weekend work! ) is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in Property Management.

You’ll receive training and support while managing a small portfolio, gaining hands-on experience in:

- Conducting property inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Rent collection and arrears management
- Building positive relationships with landlords and tenants
- General administration and day-to-day portfolio management

Every day brings something different, making this a varied, fast-paced, and rewarding role.





About You

You don't need years of experience—we're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn!

You’ll be someone who:

- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Is organised and can manage their time effectively
- Brings a positive, "can-do" attitude to everything they do
- Holds a current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence (or is currently completing the course)
- Is confident using technology and enjoys learning new systems
