The Palais Royale Boutique hotel is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as a Full Time Food and Beverage Attendant - allrounder. The Palais Royale Boutique hotel is a 4-star hotel situated in the heart of the Blue Mountains centrally located on the main street of Katoomba.

Featuring 40 beautifully appointed guest rooms, a restaurant, café, bar, and conference and events facility, the Palais Royale aims to create a memorable experience for all of its guests.

Required Qualities

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) license
- Passion for the service and the hospitality industry
- Committed to providing friendly and efficient service to guests
- Qualified attitude and grooming
- Previous hospitality experiencepreferably in hotels and restaurants/cafes
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster 5 days a week




- Availability and flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Confidence in serving various types of guests
- Ability to work autonomously and with initiative
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations during busy periods
- Basic bar experience is favourable

- Fast-paced lunch service
- Conference and events
- Creating a memorable experience for all our guests

This is a Full Time position. Experience in restaurant service as well as service with beer, wine and mixed drinks is preferred.
