Immediate start available – 2-4 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely account reconciliations
- Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Process and manage credit notes
- Assist with accounts payable and payment processing as required
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments
- Proactively collect outstanding debts while maintaining positive client relationships
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Liaise with internal teams and customers regarding account queries
About You:
- Proven experience in both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Experience using MYOB is essential
- Strong focus on reconciliation and collections
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
