The Position

We’re looking for an IT Support Trainee to train up into an Awesome IT Skilled.

Requirements:

- Demonstrate an Interest and passion for IT (must have)
- Knock out problems solving skills
- Solid computerskills
- Be handy with a screwdriver and tools
- Awillingness to learn and become a part of our great team
- Current Drivers License & Vehicle

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

- Assisting our team in providing the best support and service to our customers.




- Taking on more responsibilities over time as you learn and develop your IT skills to become a core member of our support team.
- For performing IT work on PCs, Laptops,
- Logging customer requests & support issues in our service system

The Traineeship:

Information Technology - Support Certificate IV- 24 months

The Location:

FLIPSIDE IT is based in East Gosford NSW. This is a great place to live and work because of the beaches, cafes, low traffic and easy parking. Most of our customers are less than a 30-minute drive from the office.

Who Should Apply?

This role is suitable for a switched-on high schoolgraduate or someone who is looking to kick start a career in IT.

You must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency and also live in reasonable proximity to our office
