About the Role

You will be supported every step of the way and trained in all aspects of medical reception, including:

- Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional first impression
- Appointment scheduling and patient enquiries
- Medical billing, Medicare and private health fund processes
- General administrative and clinic support duties





About You

- Unsure exactly where your career is heading, but keen to learn and be guided
- Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
- Solid communication and people skills
- Willing to take feedback and grow with support
- Previous medical experience not required - full training provided
