Job Description
You will be responsible for the following duties:
- General office administration and reception duties
- Answering incoming calls and scheduling job appointments
- Booking vehicle servicing and managing insurance for the company vehicle fleet
- Managing all company insurance renewals and payments
- Providing executive assistant support to the Directors
- Assisting the Directors with survey reporting, quoting, and general administrative support
- Processing supplier invoices and assisting with accounts administration
- Assisting the Accounts team and Directors with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Managing incoming emails and ordering office supplies and stock

About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administration role
- Excellent customer service and professional phone manner
- Positive, friendly attitude with the ability to work well in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A current Australian driver's license is advantageous
