Colourwise Nursery is a leading wholesale production nursery,locatedat Peats Ridge, Central Coast, NSW.
Weare currently looking for experienced, enthusiastic people who have a passion for Horticulture and can work in a fast paced, team environment.
These positions are within our Propagation, Despatch and Production Teams and require the individuals to help prepare, maintain and/or despatch plants across our broad customer base.
It is expected the candidates have the ability to motivate and help a team of experienced nursery staff to produce and/or despatch premium quality plants and maintain current best nursery practices.
Successful applicants will possess the following attributes
- Valuable communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable, Punctual, Polite with Good Presentation
- The ability to learn and follow directions
- The ability to work in a team based environment
- Excellent work ethic and highly motivated with the ability to think for themselves.
- Physically fit and healthy, prepared to be hands-on
- Own transport and current drivers licence areessential
- HR/MR truck Licence ( highly desirable )
Additional skills which are taken into consideration, however not essential
- Horticultural or industry experience preferred but not essential
- Current First AId Certificate
- Chemcert certified
- Preference will be given to those who have worked successfully in a team environment and possess the afore mentioned skills
An attractive remuneration will be negotiated according to experience.
