Mayfield Dental Care and MS Dental are looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our supportive team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Initially, this position is to help cover annual leave and sick leave, with the opportunity for the role to grow into a permanent full-time position in the future.

About the Role

- Part-time position with days negotiable

- Hours: 8:30 am - 5:45 pm

- No weekend work

- Work across our practice locations at Mayfield, Cardiff, and Fletcher

- Start date negotiable

- Full training provided

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent reception and customer service skills

- Is confident multitasking and prioritising a busy workload

- Able to assist chair side when needed

- Can manage multiple phone lines while providing outstanding patient care

- Has a warm, friendly, and professional manner





- Enjoys engaging with patients and making them feel welcome

- Works well independently and as part of a supportive team

- Has strong organisational and communication skills

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience using Dentally or Dental4Windows software will be highly regarded.

Experience in a dental setting.

Over 1 year reception experience.
