Southern Cross Atrium Apartments is looking for a skilled and reliable Casual Maintenance Person to join our team. If you have a knack for property maintenance and repairs, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general property maintenance and repair tasks
- Identity and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and safety across the property
- Assist with occasional pool maintenance when staff on leave (training can be provided)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property maintenance and repairs is essential
- Proficiency with tools and equipment related to the job
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Robust attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Reliable and able to work flexible hours when needed
Hours will be approximately 25 per week, some weeks may be more depending on how busy we are
Permanent local resident with drivers license
