We are currently seeking an experienced WMS Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of Infor WMS across Australia and New Zealand. While this role is ideally based in Sydney or Melbourne, we are open to considering candidates located elsewhere in Australia who are willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

- Manage WMS implementation projects effectively, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery with cross-functional teams
- Analyse and design warehouse and logistics processes
- Design solutions, configure system integrations and maintain supporting documentation
- Conduct system testing and verify customer solutions prior to implementation
- Implement internal training concept and execute training locally
- Plan and support system go-live activities
- Assist in the global key user support




- Promote compliance with Röhlig health and safety requirements by ensuring appropriate resources and processes are in place
- Work closely with the Global Contract Logistics (GCL) team to ensure alignment with global WMS strategy, standards and best practices.

Requirements

- Solid IT systems knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience with Infor WMS is essential, with Cloud version experience highly regarded
- Experience implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Comprehensive understanding of operations and applications within logistics and supply chain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain solution-focused and perform effectively under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Experience working within a global matrix organisation.
- Experience with distribution centre processes, technologies, and integrations (RF devices, barcode printing, shipping systems, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across a global organisation.
