About the Role

As Head of Design, you'll guide the creative and technical direction of every project.

You will combine creative flair with commercial acumen to deliver designs that excite customers, maintain quality, and drive business performance.

Working closely with Construction, Sales, and Marketing, you'll ensure every design reflects the brand promise - high-quality, functional, and beautifully designed dwellings that feel like home.

The successful applicant must be proficient in the use of ArchiCAD.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee, lead and guide the company’s small but talented design team.

Oversee and evolve the design catalogue and new design development.

Ensure design accuracy, documentation quality, and consistency.

Drive innovation in space planning, materials, and client experience.





Collaborate on showroom and display home design and presentation.

Balance creative design with commercial and construction realities.
