Sam the Paving Man Pty Ltd – Greenacre NSW

Lead and supervise hard landscape (minor civil works, paving works, and associated works).

Plan and coordinate daily work activities.

Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to program.

Maintain high-quality workmanship across all hard landscaping elements.

Coordinate plant, materials, subcontractors, and deliveries.

Complete site documentation, toolbox talks, and daily reports.

Liaise with clients’ representative, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial construction industry. (Tier 1 project experience will be an advantage)

Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman.

Solid knowledge of hard landscaping, including:

- Concrete works
- Paving and stone installation
- Retaining walls
- Kerbs and edging
- Drainage and civil landscape works

White Card (essential).

MR Licence, plant tickets, and First Aid (will be an advantage).
